By registering for the Prepared, Not Pressured Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be between the ages of 24 and 40 at the time of the event. By registering, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. The organisers reserve the right to deny or cancel participation if false information is provided.
2. Nature of the Event
Prepared, Not Pressured is a social networking and relationship-oriented event designed to facilitate structured conversations and interactions among participants. The organisers do not guarantee romantic matches, relationships, or outcomes resulting from participation in the event.
3. Event Participation
Although participation in the event is free, registration is required due to limited capacity. Participants are expected to attend once their registration has been confirmed. The organisers reserve the right to manage attendance in order to maintain the intended structure and balance of the event.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. The following behaviours will not be tolerated: harassment or intimidation, inappropriate or offensive language, unwanted advances or misconduct, disruptive behaviour that affects other participants. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety or experience of others.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Participants attend and participate in the event at their own risk. Bosslammy Events, its organisers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, personal dispute, or incident that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participants are solely responsible for their personal decisions and interactions.
6. Indemnity
By participating in the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bosslammy Events, its organisers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue hosts from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the event.
7. Event Format
The event includes structured rotations, guided conversations, and social activities designed to encourage meaningful interactions. Participants agree to follow the event structure and guidelines provided by the organisers.
8. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image or likeness in event-related content unless they inform the organisers otherwise before the event.
9. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, change the venue if necessary, adjust activities or event format, or postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified if any changes occur.
10. Data Usage
Information collected during registration may be used for event administration, participant coordination, and event communication. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required for event operations.
